General Construction Services

Construction Services

  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities during construction
  • Develop a detailed construction management plan
  • Coordinate contractor’s work and facilitate the project’s completion
  • Lead meetings with owner, architect and contractor
  • Coordinate testing and inspection of the project
  • Review reports and make recommendations as required
  • Coordinate activities of multiple contractors to avoid conflicts
  • Produce monthly cost reports - prepare cash flow projections
  • Review and make recommendations on change-order requests
  • Maintain log, including change-order detail and cost estimates
  • Develop and maintain submittal and shop drawing logs
  • Develop and maintain a Request for Information (RFI) log
  • Produce management summary reports defining work progress
  • Review monthly payment requests for completeness and accuracy
  • Monitor the construction schedule
  • Review potential claims and make recommendations
  • Perform field inspections to evaluate work-in-progress
  • Monitor required inspections
  • Work with all local and government agencies as needed
  • Review and process all punch list items in conjunction with owner


Post-Construction Services

  • Coordinate the delivery of all facility documents
  • Assist in resolving all outstanding contract issues at project closeout
  • Assist with obtaining occupancy permit
  • Assist with commissioning the building and owner training, if desired.
