Construction Services
Clearly define roles and responsibilities during construction
Develop a detailed construction management plan
Coordinate contractor’s work and facilitate the project’s completion
Lead meetings with owner, architect and contractor
Coordinate testing and inspection of the project
Review reports and make recommendations as required
Coordinate activities of multiple contractors to avoid conflicts
Produce monthly cost reports - prepare cash flow projections
Review and make recommendations on change-order requests
Maintain log, including change-order detail and cost estimates
Develop and maintain submittal and shop drawing logs
Develop and maintain a Request for Information (RFI) log
Produce management summary reports defining work progress
Review monthly payment requests for completeness and accuracy
Monitor the construction schedule
Review potential claims and make recommendations
Perform field inspections to evaluate work-in-progress
Monitor required inspections
Work with all local and government agencies as needed
Review and process all punch list items in conjunction with owner
Post-Construction Services
Coordinate the delivery of all facility documents
Assist in resolving all outstanding contract issues at project closeout
Assist with obtaining occupancy permit
Assist with commissioning the building and owner training, if desired.
